At West Side Jiu-Jitsu Academy our instructors are dedicated to teaching what works. Right now, we are focused on what we think are the most effective martial arts for personal protection (self-defense), grappling tournaments, and or mixed martial arts competitions. We are focused on teaching our students both the basics as well as the most up to date techniques for each style that we teach.

Come test your skills in a weekly event at West Side Jiu-Jitsu. The West Side Jiu-Jitsu League is a 10 week tournament that resembles more of a pick-up basketball game than an organized event. Whoever shows up on Sunday at 3:00 can compete in an absolute style tournament. Learn more Click Here
